Projects

Protein Quality Control and Proteolytic Complexes

Research on protein quality control and ATP-dependent proteolytic machines, with emphasis on chaperones, adaptor proteins and Clp proteases involved in selective proteolysis and cellular adaptation.

Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics

Expertise in high-resolution mass spectrometry, including bottom-up and quantitative proteomics, intact protein analysis, interactomics and analytical workflows for protein characterization.

Recombinant Protein Expression in E. coli

Expertise in cloning, heterologous expression, purification and biochemical characterization of recombinant proteins, optimizing production workflows for functional, structural and mass spectrometry-based studies.
